“14 tracks deep into Jamal Moss”

Mentored by House legend Adonis and a direct spiritual descendent of Ron Hardy's Chicago House legacy, Jamal Moss is a prolific and utterly uncategorisable producer who's been wrecking and re-building House music blueprints for almost 20 years. Recording under a plethora of monikers (Hieroglyphic Being, IBM, The Sun God), Moss is also one time member of the notorious Dirty Criminals crew and quite possibly involved with the amazing 'Members Only' series, carving a niche for himself as one of the most uncompromising and distinct club producers in the world today. His sound is typified by a love of jacking House and stripped Acid, but also by a unique appreciation of raw and rugged audio dynamics that colour almost all of his productions. In fact, rumour has it that a highly elaborate and painstaking process involving VHS tapes is involved whenever Moss outputs his final mixes, and its this attention to detail and unique approach that has gained the producer a fervent following - he just doesn't sound like anyone else. This 14 track selection spans almost all of the projects Jamal Moss is involved with and should give you a pretty good idea of the madness and genius at work behind the controls...

“Thanks”

He really is an innovator. Many people rightly whinge and moan that house and techno is a shadow of its formerly experimental self. One name is a solid riposte: Jamal Moss.

Top selection once again, any plans for a Ron Hardy 16 tracks, would be great to hear a bunch of his tracks and remixes again?
