From rugged Dutch Techno to rampant Tribal House, ultra-Techy breakbeats and Latino Acid, these 14 tracks are in the mood for some! Outta Detroit we got Omar-S' muscular remake of the Dirtbombs' killer 'Sharevari' cover and Rhythim Is Rhythim's seminal 'MS 6' while Ricardo Miranda's infectiously simple 'Redline' and Steffi's deeply emotive 'Sadness' represent Chicago influence in contrasting style. Meanwhile, New York sounds are assimilated on Andy Mac's Levon Vincent-indebted 'Asteroid Belts', Braille's arm-raising 'The Year 3000', and to a darker degree, Gesloten Cirkel's burly alley jacker 'Yamagic', and from the fertile Funky scene there's up-to-the-moment mutations by Roska on 'Measureless', Lil Silva's dangerously sub-heavy 'Cheese & Bun' and Slackk's tribalist weapon 'Synthetics'. Going one step tougher, youll find Roman Lindau's Techno wounder 'Crasse' and Anstam's rarity 'Albert', while Hyetal just owns it with 'Beach Scene' from his brilliant debut album. Step up!

I've bought loads of 14 tracks in the past and never been disappointed, but I found this selection to be quite uninspired to be honest. There are a couple of exceptions, but for the most part they range from boring to just downright annoying.

Sorry to be a hater. You can't please everyone all of the time I guess.
